April 7, 2025 – Ottawa, Canada
Following a packed schedule of meetings, demos, and networking at ISC West 2025, Wavestore is celebrating what the company describes as one of its most impactful U.S. events to date. Held in Las Vegas from March 31 to April 4, ISC West drew thousands of security professionals and technology partners from across North America - and Wavestore led discussions on innovation and opportunity.
Wavestore’s U.S. Sales Team - Jeff Wood (VP of Sales, North America), Gregg Gross (Regional Sales Manager, Southwest/Central), and Jeff Thomas (Regional Sales Manager, Northwest/Central) - were joined by CEO Sam Shalaby for the event.
"ISC West 2025 exceeded all our expectations. We had a packed schedule and engaged in high-value conversations," said Sam Shalaby, CEO of Wavestore. "What resonated with everyone was the clarity of our vision - seamless, scalable security technology that works in the real world."
Throughout the week, the team conducted back-to-back meetings with resellers, integrators, and end users, several of whom had first seen Wavestore's innovations at the Salto Partner Summit in March. Attendees had the opportunity to experience firsthand the latest version of Wavestore’s Video Management Software (VMS), including the company's direct integration with Salto Space.
“We had a number of end users tell us, ‘This is exactly what we’ve been looking for,’” said Jeff Wood. “The real-time correlation of access control and video data is solving real-world challenges - from unauthorized access alerts to forensic investigations.”
“The simplicity of our interface, the speed of deployment, and the depth of insight it provides made a real impression,” added Gregg Gross.
Wavestore also received enthusiastic feedback from attendees, including Paul Norris of Kane, who visited the Wavestore sessions during ISC West:
"Wavestore’s open-platform design and intuitive interface really stood out. It’s clear the solution was built with the integrator and end-user in mind—simple to deploy, flexible to scale, and robust in capability."
"The ability to consolidate video management, access control, and analytics into a single, seamless platform opens up new possibilities for how we can design, deliver, and support smarter, more efficient security ecosystems for our customers."
"As technology continues to converge, solutions like Wavestore that focus on interoperability and long-term flexibility are going to lead the way. I see this as a platform that can grow with our clients and adapt as their needs evolve."
The Wavestore x Salto integration continues to be a highlight across events. By linking access control events with corresponding video footage automatically, security teams are able to:
“When people see it live, it just clicks,” said Jeff Thomas. “There’s no overcomplication - just powerful features delivered in a smart, intuitive way.”
If you didn’t catch Wavestore at ISC West, there’s another opportunity right around the corner. Join the team in Ottawa for Blind Spot 2025 - a one-day security industry event taking place June 26, 2025, at Wavestore’s Canadian headquarters.
"Blind Spot isn’t just a showcase - it’s where we dig into the real challenges security professionals are facing," said Sam Shalaby. "It’s about closing the blind spots in today’s video and access control strategies."
